  • Optimize rate‑setting, crediting methodologies, index allocations, and profitability levers.
  • Monitor asset‑liability dynamics to ensure sustainability and competitiveness of asset‑intensive solutions.

Distribution Alignment & Partnership Development

  • Serve as a key strategic partner to the Head of Distribution.
  • Develop product solutions for large IMOs, white‑label partnerships, institutional distributors, and specialized channels.
  • Customize features and product variations to meet partner needs while maintaining consistency with company goals.
  • Support producer training and messaging to maximize adoption and sales effectiveness.

Product Governance & Performance Management

  • Establish robust product governance, including documentation, approvals, and change controls.
  • Monitor experience, profitability, persistency, and capital strain across all products.
  • Continuously evaluate product competitiveness and recommend adjustments to rates, features, and positioning.
  • Ensure product compliance with regulatory requirements in all jurisdictions.

Cross‑Functional Leadership

  • Serve as the product voice for executive leadership discussions, strategic planning, rating agency reviews, and regulatory engagement.
  • Lead product input for technology modernization, policy administration capabilities, and customer experience improvements.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of asset‑intensive products (MYGA, FIA, fixed annuities) and life products including term, whole life, and preneed.
  • Ability to work across actuarial, distribution, underwriting, operations, and investment teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data and market insights into product strategies.
