
A high-growth, venture-backed space technology company is appointing a Vice President of Growth & Strategic Partnerships to take executive ownership of growth and revenue. The role is responsible for building a scalable, repeatable growth engine across government, national security, and strategic commercial markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own growth strategy and revenue performance across government, defense, intelligence, and strategic commercial customers
- Serve as senior executive presence with mission owners, acquisition stakeholders, primes, and integrators
- Lead complex, long-cycle deal strategy across FAR, OTA, and partnership-led pathways
- Convert commercial traction into sustained government adoption and programs of record
- Build and lead the growth organisation across BD, partnerships, marketing, and revenue operations
- Shape GTM systems, pricing, packaging, and capture strategy as the company scales
Key Requirements
- Senior leadership experience in growth, business development, or partnerships within aerospace, defense, national security, or dual-use technology
- Active TS/SCI clearance (required)
- Established credibility and relationships across DoD, IC, Space Force, primes, and integrators
- Proven track record scaling revenue and winning mission-critical software or platform deals
- Ability to operate as both strategist and hands-on executor in an early-stage, scaling environment
- Understanding of space operations, ground systems, or complex mission software
