About the role
Join Europe’s largest digital pharmacy in a pivotal leadership role, shaping the product vision and customer experience for over 13 million active users. As Executive Director, Product (m/f/d), you’ll drive product and process innovation, aligning business goals with meaningful outcomes during a critical phase of AI-driven transformation.
Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, analysts, and other roles, overseeing our digital platforms—including web, app, marketplace, and internal tools—ensuring customer and business alignment at every stage.
- Report to the CIO and work closely with senior leadership to turn strategic goals into actionable, impact-driven product roadmaps that deliver measurable value across the organization.
