Base salary ranges from $89,100 to $113,500 per year, with potential bonuses. We encourage veterans, transitioning military personnel, and spouses to apply. The application deadline is approximately 30 days from posting.
Responsibilities
Lead daily operations for a community with 60-65 units or up to 175 units across two product lines. Responsibilities include staff management, resident engagement, financial performance, regulatory compliance, business planning, sales, community culture, resident satisfaction, and community marketing. Oversee resident services, manage budgets, and foster relationships with local stakeholders. Ensure property standards and legal compliance are maintained.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required; additional experience may substitute for education
- Valid administrator license and driver’s license
- Minimum three years operational leadership experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and financial skills
Physical Demands & Working Conditions
- Standing, walking, sitting, lifting up to 50 pounds
- Interaction with residents and staff, occasional weekend/evening work, on-call duties
