This high‑impact, autonomous leadership role reports directly to the President and is accountable for admissions, academic quality, student services, enrollment growth, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic & Financial Management – develop, implement, and manage the institutional budget and operational plan to ensure financial health and maximize resource utilization.
- Campus growth – be fully accountable for enrollment, quality of learning, financial results, and the campus’s positive image.
- Reporting – prepare detailed reports, collaborate on the Annual Report for the Board of Directors, and maintain facilities, equipment, and inventory.
- Academic Quality & Student Success – provide oversight for all academic programs, student services and placement functions; coordinate academic processes with the Regional Dean of Academic Affairs to ensure compliance and high‑quality educational delivery.
- Student life – oversee all aspects of student life, including conduct regulations, campus organizations and social activities.
- Leadership & Culture Development – directly manage, mentor, and evaluate department directors; recruit, train, and develop key managerial staff and motivate a high‑performance culture.
- Compliance & Community Engagement – ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accrediting bodies; maintain government permits and licenses; act as the official representative of FTC and build a network of partners to support recruitment and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive supervisory/management experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Education field.
- Bilingual proficiency – professional fluency in Spanish and English.
- Technical acumen – proficient knowledge of campus information systems and technology.
- Integrity and availability – ability to work flexible, extended hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Leadership and communication – strong persuasive, results‑oriented communication skills.
- Operational expertise – proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
