This role offers the opportunity to step into full accountability for a landmark Class A office property in Brooklyn. It’s a building with scale, visibility, and the kind of tenant profile that will set you apart in the New York market, a flagship asset shaping the future of the borough’s commercial real estate landscape.

You’ll be at the center of the building’s operations, overseeing everything from strategic planning and budgeting to tenant relations, vendor management, and capital projects. You’ll partner directly with senior management, gain exposure to institutional processes, and be the face of the property on a day-to-day basis. This is a role where your leadership is not only felt but also recognized.

Base pay range: $120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the building’s operations, including strategic planning, budgeting, tenant relations, vendor management, and capital projects.
  • Partner with senior management and interact with institutional processes.
  • Serve as the day-to-day face of the property.
  • Provide leadership for the team and ensure accountability for property performance.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in commercial real estate operations, with potential pathways from Assistant Property Manager or current management of a smaller office property.
  • Ability to manage a Class A asset with scale and complexity.
  • Willingness to grow within a platform that provides mentorship and resources.
