This is a senior, highly visible opportunity to lead the supply chain for the organisation’s largest division, with an extensive manufacturing site footprint across North America delivering ultra high-volumes to the markets.
You will be stepping into a role with genuine licence to evolve the function -modernising planning, strengthening supply resilience, and leading the transition toward automation and AI-enabled supply chain capabilities.
The Opportunity
- Full ownership of supply chain strategy across production planning, logistics, forecasting, and risk management
- Leadership of planning that supports multi-site, high-volume manufacturing network with significant scale and complexity
- Partner closely with Operations, Commercial, Sourcing, and Logistics on performance, cost optimisation, and resilience
- Lead the evolution of systems and processes toward more advanced, technology-enabled planning models
- Play a central role in shaping the “next chapter” of the supply chain

Your Background
- Senior supply chain or production planning leadership experience within high-volume FMCG or Packaging manufacturing
- Proven ability to operate in complex, multi-site environments
- Pragmatic, hands‑on leader comfortable bridging legacy processes with modernisation
- Strong commercial mindset with experience driving cost, service, and performance outcomes
