Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Director located in Fort Wayne, IN at Gentiva Hospice. The Executive Director will oversee the operations and management of the hospice program, ensure compliance with regulations, develop and implement policies, and lead a team to deliver high-quality care to patients and families.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience in healthcare administration or hospice care
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to develop and implement policies and procedures
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
- Certification in Hospice and Palliative Care is a plus
