As a Product Leader, you will lead the product strategy and execution for real-time decisions about whether to approve or decline customer applications based on customer eligibility, risk profile, and fraud exposure. This role is responsible for shaping the future of how these automated decisions balance customer experience against potential fraud losses. You will lead a team of talented product managers and work cross-functionally with engineering, fraud, marketing, and operations to deliver best-in-class digital experiences.
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Decisioning Product team in Capital One Small Business Bank. You will define, build, and accelerate risk management solutions for pre-booking experiences that enable us to serve small business customers quickly and in a well-managed way.
