
My client is seeking a Vice President, Strategy & Analysis to shape the strategic direction of the organization and drive enterprise-wide business transformation. This role is responsible for identifying key levers across the business to maximize performance, improve efficiencies, and unlock long-term growth.

What You’ll Do
Enterprise Strategy & Business Transformation
- Dive deep into the business to identify performance levers across core functions
- Translate data-driven insights into high-impact strategic initiatives
- Shape long-term business direction and influence enterprise-wide decision making
- Drive business transformation through pragmatic, actionable execution
- Ensure strategic initiatives are implemented quickly and effectively
Operational Alignment & Optimization
- Connect business strategy with day-to-day operational execution
- Propose alternative approaches to optimize outcomes and efficiency
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across key business areas
- Balance innovation with disciplined, results-driven execution
Leadership & Culture Development
- Build and foster a “think tank” culture that encourages open debate and experimentation
- Lead and mentor high-performing teams focused on strategic analysis and impact
- Promote a culture of feedback, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Drive accountability and ownership across cross-functional stakeholders
Cross-Functional Influence
- Partner closely with executive leadership and functional teams
- Influence enterprise-wide decisions through strong communication and data-backed insights
- Align strategic initiatives with long-term financial and operational goals
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience shaping strategy and delivering measurable results
- Proven track record influencing enterprise-level decisions
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to connect strategic thinking with operational execution
- Experience leading high-performing teams in complex, evolving environments
- Background in financial services, banking, or related sectors preferred
