Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year plus $2,500 sign‑on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Capable of overseeing all administrative and programmatic activities while carrying a reduced caseload of immigration cases.
• Ensure all department staff training requirements are maintained and communicate all changes affecting immigration law.
• Conduct “Know Your Rights” information sessions and stay apprised of immigration laws, policies and requirements to retain recognition and staff accreditations.
• Ensure timely and accurate compliance with all reporting requirements.
• Work closely with the Service Area Director to operationalize the program in accordance with best practices articulated by CLINIC and AILA.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Law Degree preferred, otherwise a minimum of 3 years’ experience in immigration legal services and previous DOJ Board of Immigration Appeals accreditation status required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• If the candidate does not hold a law degree, must earn one within the first year and maintain accreditation as an Accredited Representative by the U.S. DOJ Board of Immigration Appeals.
