JOB TITLE: Late Co-Founder & CCO / CRO (Revenue Partner)

Location: US Based (Mandatory).

Compensation: Significant Co-Founder Equity. (No salary pre-raise).

THE OPPORTUNITY: THE TRUST LAYER FOR THE AI REVOLUTION

We are building the critical infrastructure that powers the new economy.

PROFID is the "Visa for Trust" — replacing archaic manual background checks with instant, AI-driven reputation scoring.

The Foundation is already poured:

  • Invested: $2M+ of Founder’s personal capital.
  • Team: Engineering led by Ex-Director of Engineering at Uber. Legal framework by Ex-Senior Counsel at GAP Inc.
  • Status: Product is Live.
  • Starting Traction: 1 MMB client (potential $2M ARR) + 3 SMBs.
  • Pipeline: 3 Enterprise deals in negotiation.

We need a Co-Founder / CCO who doesn't wait for leads, but kicks open doors, brings in contracts, and turns this start into a global empire.

THE MISSION: SELL FIRST, SCALE LATER

You are not a "Sales Manager." You are a Hunter.

Maybe the only thing you lacked was a Visionary Partner with the raw ambition of a Bobby Axelrod or Travis Kalanick and a trillion-dollar idea to fully realize your selling potential.

We have that missing puzzle piece.

Your Mandate:

  • Personal Hunting (Phase 1): No SDRs. No excuses. In the first 6 months, YOU are the Sales Team. You personally close the first Enterprise whales to ensure validation for investors.
  • Network Activation: You don't do cold calls. You pick up the phone and call your friends—CEOs and VPs in HR-Tech, Gig-Platforms, and Fintech. You enter through the "front door."
  • Building the Machine (Phase 2): Post-raise, you build and command a global Sales Army that runs like clockwork.

THE AVATAR (WHO WE WANT)

We don't need a "CRM architect." We need a Predator.

  • Olympic Character: You understand that B2B sales is war. You have the resilience of an Olympic champion. You cannot be broken by rejection. You go all the way.
  • Chess Grandmaster Intellect: You are not selling "software," you are selling "Trust" and "Transformation." You understand corporate politics and know how to navigate a deal through 10 stakeholders.
  • Golden Rolodex (US Network): You already have warm relationships with Decision Makers in the US Enterprise sector. You know who to call today.
  • Battle-Hardened: You have personally closed deals ranging from $100k to $1M+.

THE DEAL

  • Role: Co-Founder / CCO (Full Revenue Authority).
  • Equity: Significant Co-Founder Stake.
  • Cash: $0 Pre-Raise / Market Rate + Aggressive Commission Post-Raise.
  • Crucial: We need a Partner dedicated to rapidly building a $10B+ company, not someone looking for a monthly safety net.
