We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Partner to generate and close B2B equipment financing deals within the U.S. market.

This is a commission-based independent partner role with uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to dental clinics across the United States
  • Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn networking
  • Present Tech Buddy LLC’s equipment financing solutions
  • Coordinate with internal team and financing partners to structure deals
  • Follow up consistently and close sales
  • Maintain a simple lead tracking sheet.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in B2B sales, equipment leasing, merchant services.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach and closing deals
  • Familiar with U.S. business market.

Compensation

  • Commission-based structure
  • 30% commission on net profit from each successfully closed deal
  • No earning cap
  • Long-term partnership opportunity.

Working Structure

  • Remote position
  • Monday–Friday
  • U.S. Eastern Time business hours preferred
  • Independent partner model (not a salaried employee).
