
Business Development Partner – IT Equipment Financing (Commission-Based)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Partner to generate and close B2B equipment financing deals within the U.S. market.
This is a commission-based independent partner role with uncapped earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to dental clinics across the United States
- Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn networking
- Present Tech Buddy LLC’s equipment financing solutions
- Coordinate with internal team and financing partners to structure deals
- Follow up consistently and close sales
- Maintain a simple lead tracking sheet.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in B2B sales, equipment leasing, merchant services.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and closing deals
- Familiar with U.S. business market.
Compensation
- Commission-based structure
- 30% commission on net profit from each successfully closed deal
- No earning cap
- Long-term partnership opportunity.
Working Structure
- Remote position
- Monday–Friday
- U.S. Eastern Time business hours preferred
- Independent partner model (not a salaried employee).
