Tech + E-Commerce Co-Founder | Planet Cents | U.S. -only & Remote

What You’ll Do

• Lead technical strategy and execution for SaaS API and marketplace
• Drive business development for SaaS sales and marketplace partnerships
• Play a lead role in investor fundraising, from pitch to close
• Build and lead a world‑class engineering team
• Partner with the Founder to capture market share and dominate sustainable commerce

MUST HAVES

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 10+ years in technology leadership with 2‑3 successful SaaS scale‑ups from MVP to market leader
• Proven business development skills with enterprise‑level sales wins
• Track record in startup fundraising with investors (pre‑seed to Series B+)
• E‑commerce expertise (platforms, integrations, marketplace scaling)
• Passion for sustainability and climate solutions
• Willingness to work on equity until funding
• Exceptional financial management expertise with a proven track record

Preferred

• Climate tech, retail tech, or environmental impact product experience
• Global scaling expertise
• MBA or advanced technical/business degree
