The Middle Georgia Market President will lead and oversee all market operations, strategic initiatives, and business development activities. The successful candidate will be an experienced banker to lead, coach, manage and inspire a commercial banking team to expand the Middle Georgia footprint. This team will identify, develop, manage, service, retain and grow long-term profitable commercial relationships for clients. We offer a full range of loans, deposits, and fee-based services to existing and prospective commercial clients. The successful candidate will be differentiated based on years of commercial banking experience, portfolio size, and overall potential in the role.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive market strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and revenue streams.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
