Overview

The Product Management Strategy Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for the development of product plans, strategies and tactics in coordination with the Product Management team. The overall objective of this role is to coordinate the capital management strategy for CCB clients ensuring adequate capital allocation, balance sheet growth, profitability and returns.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and coordinate the strategy for adequate capital allocation and optimization, product pricing and returns
  • Assist in development and analysis of strategic capital management initiatives for the lending product
  • Contribute and evaluate the adequate capital allocation for CCB clients in relation to returns by engaging Coverage Teams and key stakeholders
  • Analyze competitive industry landscapes to identify relative trends, threats, and opportunities for the lending product
  • Leverage client feedback, market data, and macroeconomic patterns to improve returns and capital allocation and ensure that strategies comply with all applicable regulations and internal risk frameworks
  • Execute product-related client value propositions from the returns’ perspective, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, and competitive differentiation
  • Creation of Product content, marketing and training tools for Coverage teams
  • Implement clear processes and Key Performance Indicators (“KPIs”) that measure the execution against strategy for product sales teams
  • Contribute to achievement of acquisition targets, product financial performance, revenue performance, and expense management goals
  • Provide informal guidance or on-the-job training to new team members
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Recommended Qualifications

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of finance, credit, acquisitions, product development, strategy and/or analytics
  • Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skillsDemonstrated analytical skills
  • Demonstrated abilities to proficiently work with Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Salesforce
  • Previous work at Consulting, Banking, Finance as a plus

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree. Master’s degree preferred

Location and Compensation

Full time position located in New York, New York, United States. Annual salary range: $129,840.00 – $194,760.00. Compensation may include discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
