- Leverage your 13+ years of IT experience and at least 10+ Years of experience in Salesforce.com architecture, design, and development.
- 3+ Years of Experience as an Architect in implementing solutions
- Successfully complete at least 3 Salesforce implementations.
- Hold certifications such as Salesforce.com Application Architect or System Architect, in addition to Platform App Builder and Platform Developer II.
- Proficiently use the Salesforce developer toolkit, including Apex Classes, Controllers, Triggers, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Aura, LWC, Migration Tool, Web Services, Data Mapping, Workbench, VS Code, IDX, and SFDX.
- Familiarity with Lightning flows, and experience with Omni Studio and Vlocity (Must).
- Exposure to Service Cloud, Call Center Implementation, CTI, and Omnichannel (Must)
- Bonus points for experience with Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Web Studio, Email Studio, and Social Studio.
- Knowledge of tools like OwnBackup, Workato, DupeBlocker, and Heroku Platform (desirable).
