Responsibilities
- Drive the growth of our environmental business with key clients in Houston and across the Gulf Coast region.
- Ensure Jacobs dominates the environmental market for Houston-based energy and industrial clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in the environmental sciences or equivalent related work experience in lieu of a degree.
- 20 years of experience in the environmental market sector.
- Proven track record of winning environmental work from Houston based clients.
- Existing executive level contacts and strong relationships with energy and industrial clients in the region.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a market growth strategy, develop leads, vet opportunities, respond to RFPs, and coach interview teams
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead sales team, coach/mentor and motivate the team, reach within Jacobs to offer best-in-class solutions, manage commercial and legal negotiations, and close deals.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Exceptional skills in both written and oral communication.
- Technical background/experience in delivering or managing large environmental projects or programs is considered a positive and adds credibility in consulting and remediation industry service offerings and delivery.

The base salary range for this position is $205,600.00 to $300,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
