$250K Base + Commission
Overview
We are hiring a senior e-commerce leader with deep Amazon Vendor Central (1P) expertise to own and scale omnichannel digital revenue. This role leads platform strategy, profitability, and execution across Vendor Central, Shopify (DTC), Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, and additional selling channels.
This is a P&L ownership role for a highly analytical operator who understands wholesale marketplace dynamics, multi-platform growth, and paid acquisition performance.
Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)
- Extensive Amazon Vendor Central (1P) experience
- Hands-on experience with Shopify (DTC)
- Experience managing Walmart Marketplace
- Experience launching or scaling TikTok Shop / social commerce
- Strong understanding of PPC strategy
- Full online P&L ownership
- Proven revenue scaling across multiple digital channels
Seller Central-only backgrounds will not be considered.
Core Responsibilities
- Own and grow Amazon Vendor Central business
- Drive Shopify performance (conversion, retention, AOV)
- Scale Walmart Marketplace and TikTok Shop revenue
- Oversee cross-platform PPC strategy and ROAS optimization
- Manage pricing, forecasting, and contribution margin
- Build KPI dashboards and revenue accountability systems
