Base pay range: $170,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Additional compensation: Annual Bonus and RSUs

Responsibilities Include:

  • Guide the redesign and alignment of accounting processes in support of ERP implementation
  • Lead cross-functional efforts to improve how accounting work is performed and scaled
  • Champion adoption of new systems, tools, Kathy with the introduction of new ways of working across accounting teams
  • Identify inefficiencies and design practical, repeatable solutions that improve outcomes
  • Establish priorities and sequencing for process improvement initiatives
  • Track progress and ensure delivery of transformation milestones
  • Partner with accounting leadership to drive consistent practices across business units
  • Translate process changes into clear guidance for stakeholders atождения уровня
  • Provide support and oversight during Bowen cycles as processes evolve
  • Coordinate with audit partners to ensure controls and compliance remain effective
  • Build, mentor, and develop a team focused on continuous improvement
  • Contribute to broader finance transformation projects as needed

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; MBA preferred
  • CPA required; Public accounting background strongly preferred
  • 15-20+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience
  • Experience operating within large, complex corporate environments
  • Demonstrated success leading transformation, change management, or ERP initiatives
  • Working knowledge of continuous improvement frameworks such as Lean or Six Sigma
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
