RevOps Solutions Architect (Remote, US, UK, Ireland or LATAM, EST preferred)

At Go Nimbly, we want to be a global thought leader in the RevOps space by developing a badass brand built through innovative work created by individuals with growth mindsets. As a member of the Delivery team, you will help our clients drive more revenue by creating a buying experience that’s both frictionless and human. You will move these high-growth companies towards a more operationally efficient organization.

As a RevOps Solutions Architect at Go Nimbly, you’ll collaborate with a team of RevOps Consultants, Program Managers, Developers, and Analysts to build best-in-class solutions and impactful technology roadmaps. You will act as a subject matter expert on the process of scoping, discovery, solutioning, and leading the team through solution and architecture decisions by considering scalability, trade-offs, best practice, and the latest technology trends.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with the team in early stages of a project to define the approach in arriving at a solution. Part of delivering best-in-class solutions is ensuring that solution work has been appropriately estimated.
  • Designing solutions for complex workstreams, and presenting these solutions to client teams in a way that builds trust and makes the case for scalability and best practice.
  • Defining architecture principles and standards. A Solutions Architect owns communication and justification of design decisions with our internal team and the client.
  • Actively participating in up-leveling the team by providing ad hoc and ongoing coaching and mentoring on solutions.
  • Senior members of Go Nimbly act as ambassadors within the Revenue Operations space and keep a pulse on the latest releases and technology trends to help form a point of view on how releases and changes will impact teams and customers.

  • You are a specialist in technical architecture, solution architecture, and CPQ.
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and core features, and a mature perspective on when to use out-of-the-box features, declarative automation, or code.
  • Strong in lean and agile development.
