
Responsibilities
- The Chief Marketing Officer will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive growth and brand recognition.
- Day-to-day tasks include leading market research initiatives, developing marketing and sales plans, managing public relations, and ensuring alignment between marketing efforts and company objectives.
- The CMO will collaborate across departments to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving business goals while identifying opportunities for innovation in marketing tactics and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Market Planning and Marketing Management to design and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Experience in Market Research and identifying customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Expertise in Public Relations to build positive brand reputation and media relationships.
- Strong skills in Sales and aligning marketing strategies to drive revenue and support business development.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities to mentor and guide marketing teams effectively.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Preferred
- MBA is preferred.
- Experience in the digital asset or financial services industry, while not required, is highly advantageous.
