Director of Operations, Licensed - Real Estate Business Manager

About the Role
We are not looking for a typical assistant or a virtual Transaction Coordinator. We are seeking a Licensed Operations Manager to serve as the "mission control" for a high-production husband-wife real estate team in Southwest Florida.
You will be the backbone of our business, ensuring that while we are in the field selling, the business, as it pertains to our active contracts are running flawlessly behind the scenes. This role blends transaction management ,marketing execution , andoperational leadership .
Who You Are
- You are Licensed: You understand the contract, the contingencies, and the legalities of Florida real estate. You can talk to other agents and draft addendums and amendments if needed.
- You are Tech-Forward: You aren't scared of AI. You are excited to help us implement tools (like video AI, ChatGPT, and modern CRMs) to speed up workflows.
- You are a System Builder: You don't just follow a checklist; you improve it. If you see a process that is broken, you fix it.
- You are "The Glue": You can manage the calendars and priorities of two busy team leaders, keeping communication tight and nothing falling through the cracks.
Responsibilities
Transaction Management (The "TC" Component)
- Manage all transactions fromContract to Closewith zero missed deadlines.
- Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and closing disclosures.
- Communicate proactively with lenders, title companies, and co-op agents.
- Ensure full compliance with broker requirements.
Marketing & Listing Operations
- Listing Launch:manage the entire pre-listing process (staging coordination, photography, signage, MLS input).
- Content Execution:Assist in distributing our marketing content. We use advanced tools (AI voice/video); your job is to help package and schedule this content across social platforms and email newsletters.
- Write compelling property descriptions and listing copy (utilizing our AI tools for efficiency).
Business Operations
- Database Management:Help keep our CRM clean, tagged, and organized. Ensure past clients are on the correct drip campaigns.
- Team Coordination:Manage the team calendar, coordinate showings, and track commission splits for team members.
- Client Experience:Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers and buyers during the pendency period, providing "white-glove" service.
Qualifications
Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative or operations experience in Real Estate.
- Strong familiarity with Naples/Bonita Springs/Estero geography.
- Proficiency with CRMs, Google Workspace, AppFiles, and social media platforms.
- Bonus: Experience with AI tools (Gemini, Hey Gen, Eleven Labs).
Compensation
$50,000 - $70,000 yearly
