The Ring & Blink Accessories team is seeking a results‑driven Senior PM‑T to join the team. This role offers an opportunity to make significant impact by developing tech accessories that solve real customer problems. From mounting solutions to power options and many more, you’ll have the ability to own the accessory vision for a suite of devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive product strategy through comprehensive internal and external market analysis
- Exceptional written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively
- Balance prioritization and trade‑offs across customer experience, features, profitability, and operational support
- Collaborate up, down, and across the broader organization to deliver high‑quality products on schedule
- Effectively manage multiple product development programs simultaneously across different stages
- Proactively identify and resolve strategic and tactical obstacles impeding team performance goals
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with feature delivery and trade‑offs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end‑to‑end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive‑level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in technical product management, program management or engineering
- Proven experience in hardware or device product management
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
The base salary range for this position is $151,200.00 - $204,600.00 USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
