Our client is a well-established and growing Home Health organization. They have a current opening for an Executive Director for their Austin, TX location. Branch management experience is a must. Home Health experience is required. Lots of room for growth!
Executive Director Job Requirements
- Medicare Home Health experience is required.
- Excellent understanding of state/federal hospice home care regulations.
- Financial and business development understanding.
Executive Director Job Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day branch operations including budget.
- Ensure compliance with all state / federal regulations.
- Work with Sales staff to grow census.
