You Are

Lead strategic growth initiatives within Accenture’s partnership with Google Cloud by originating, shaping, and qualifying cloud‑first opportunities built on GCP. Drive Google‑aligned co‑sell motions and execute joint go‑to‑market plans with Google account teams, focusing on priority industries and solutions across data, AI, and cloud infrastructure.

Build strong relationships with Google sales, solution, and partner stakeholders and support executive engagement across client accounts. Collaborate with Accenture account teams to develop differentiated, scalable solutions that address complex client challenges and accelerate cloud adoption.

Contribute to pipeline development, deal execution, and revenue growth while supporting integrated partner planning and operational rigor across the alliance.

The Work

  • Strategic Business Planning & Growth: Own the joint business plan with Google Cloud, co‑creating a multi‑year strategy to achieve ambitious bookings, revenue, and joint solution adoption targets. Lead the annual planning process, identify new growth areas, and secure necessary investments from Accenture and Google.
  • Executive Relationship Management & Governance: Cultivate and manage senior executive relationships across Google Cloud’s sales, industry, and product organizations. Lead the operational rhythm of the business, including executive steering committees and quarterly business reviews.
  • Go‑to‑Market & Sales Execution: Translate the strategic business plan into field‑level sales execution. Orchestrate joint go‑to‑market campaigns, develop targeted sales plays, and drive pipeline origination and co‑selling motions.
  • Joint Solution & Offering Development: Act as a key business sponsor for new joint offerings. Synthesize client feedback, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to build business cases for solutions that combine Accenture’s expertise with Google’s technology.
  • Partner Enablement & Capability Development: Oversee partner enablement strategy, ensuring practitioners across Accenture and Google understand and can sell the AGBG’s offerings. Collaborate with learning teams to create sales enablement tools and training programs.
  • Travel may be required, ranging from 0% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s What You Need

  • Minimum 10 years in senior partner management, business development, or strategic alliance roles within the enterprise technology or consulting industry.
  • Minimum 5 years in the cloud computing market (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and experience with global system integrator business models.
  • Minimum 5 years creating and managing joint business plans, setting and tracking KPIs, and leading executive‑level business reviews with major technology companies.
  • Minimum 5 years in the Communications, Media & Technology industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent minimum 12 years work experience) in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

Bonus Points If

  • MBA or other advanced degree.
  • Direct experience with a strategic alliance to Google Cloud, AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
  • Pre‑existing network of senior contacts within Google’s sales and partnership organizations.
  • Experience in a role with direct sales or pipeline generation targets, with a history of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus among senior executives.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, with proven ability to navigate large, complex organizations to drive new initiatives and achieve results.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation varies by location, role, skill set, and experience. Typical salary ranges for U.S. locations are $122,700 to $302,400. Accenture offers a market‑competitive benefits suite including medical, dental, vision, life, long‑term disability, 401(k), bonus opportunities, paid holidays, and paid time off.
