This role is vital for driving the sales strategy for our partner in the SaaS industry. As the Head of Sales, you will have a profound impact on the company's revenue performance while creating and executing a scalable sales infrastructure. You will lead a small but growing team, building playbooks and performance expectations that align with the organization's goals. Accountabilities
- Own revenue performance, forecasting, and sales operating cadence
- Carry an individual quota and close strategic, high-impact deals
- Lead SDRs and AEs with 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and coaching
- Build sales playbooks, messaging, and outreach standards
- Define pricing models and support contract and MSA review
- Design comp plans, quotas, territories, and performance expectations
- Maintain Salesforce workflows, dashboards, and data quality
- Partner with Marketing on pipeline health and demand generation
- Bring market feedback to Product and leadership for roadmap decisions
- Present sales results, KPIs, and plans to executives and the board
Requirements
- 5+ years of quota‑carrying B2B SaaS sales experience required
- 3+ years of sales team management (including SDR/BDRs) experience required
- Salesforce administration experience required
- Forecasting and revenue modeling experience required
