Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations
- Strong financial acumen with a demonstrated track record of cost reduction

- Experience driving automation and digital transformation within supply chain operations
The successful candidate will lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including customer service, inventory management, warehousing and shipping, demand and supply planning, and SIOP processes.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute supply chain strategy aligned with business goals, growth plans, and financial objectives.
- Lead customer service, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and shipping operations to deliver high service levels at optimal cost.
- Drive demand forecasting, supply planning, and SIOP processes to align sales, operations, and finance.
- Oversee supply chain systems, ERP optimization, and data analytics to improve visibility and decision-making.
- Deliver cost-reduction, productivity, and process improvement initiatives while maintaining service and quality standards.
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing supply chain organization while partnering cross-functionally on strategy and execution.
