
Head of Risk Identification & Stress Integration
We are partnering with a well-established banking institution to appoint a Head of Risk Identification & Stress Integration
This role leads the U.S. Risk Identification, Catalog, and Measurement (RICM) program and will define how enterprise risks are structured, measured, and integrated into the firm’s stress testing and capital frameworks.
The function has materially evolved over the past year and is entering its next phase of maturity, including eGRC implementation and enterprise-wide standardization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and enhance the Enterprise Risk Identification Framework across the U.S. platform
- Oversee the Risk Catalogue, emerging risk assessment, and risk-to-control linkage
- Ensure risks are appropriately captured within DFAST and stress testing scenarios
- Develop methodologies for financial and non-financial concentration risk
- Strengthen and operationalize the Risk Appetite Framework
- Engage with senior leadership and the Board Risk Committee
- Drive program transformation, operating model design, and technology enablement
Profile
- Senior ERM leader from a well-established banking institution (FBO experience preferred)
- Deep expertise in risk identification, measurement, and stress testing integration
- Track record of building or enhancing enterprise frameworks
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence across Banking, Wealth, Broker-Dealer, and Commercial
- Change-oriented leader comfortable designing and implementing target-state models
