The Little Gym of Sarasota will be open soon and that means we’re looking for talented, energetic, and passionate people to join our team!
We CAN'T WAIT to fill our gym with amazing kids and families but before that, we're seeking an energetic and organized PROGRAM DIRECTOR. Responsibilities include supporting daily operations, assisting with staff scheduling and training, coordinating classes and events, and ensuring a SAFE AND FUN environment for our kids and families.
Ideal candidates have experience in coaching or teaching, management, strong communication and leadership skills. But most importantly, a passion for growing the WHOLE CHILD!
This will be a full-time position requiring some nights and Saturday mornings. We will be posting more positions soon!
