Position Title

GuidePoint (GPS) Foxtrot Program Director (On-Site, Full-Time)

Organization: Foxtrot/TCS
Location: On Site Only
Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI with CI
Reports To: AVP Cyber Solutions

Position Summary

The Program Director provides strategic and operational leadership for the GPS Foxtrot Program supporting the Transportation and Cybersecurity Services (TCS) contract. This on-site role is responsible for planning, executing, and governing GPS resources across the contract. The Director ensures compliance with contractual and customer mandates and requirements. The position requires daily communications with stakeholders to ensure proper coordination across government, contractors, and mission owners. The Program Director is responsible for the health and welfare of their onsite teams and to ensure retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic & Mission Leadership
    • Lead the development and execution of the Foxtrot Program priorities.
    • Advise senior GPS on risk, recruitment, and opportunities.
    • Translate opportunities for GPS into actionable outcomes.
    • Enforce governance, policy, and standards consistent with GPS and the Prime.
  • Program & Portfolio Management
    • Lead a portfolio of cybersecurity analysts and engineers spanning network security, cloud security, identity and access management, zero trust, defensive cyber operations, and secure engineering.
    • Manage technical leads and matrixed teams across the program.
    • Define KPIs/KRIs, maturity models, and executive reporting for program performance.
    • Ensure delivery of program initiatives within cost, schedule, and performance baselines.

    • Lead, mentor, and grow cybersecurity program staff and leads.
    • Coordinate across government, military, and contractor organizations.
    • Present program status, risks, and recommendations to senior executives.
    • Manage vendor and integrator performance in classified environments.
  • Budget & Resource Management
    • Develop and execute program budgets and resource plans:
      • Training (Billable)
      • Mission priorities
      • Travel
      • FTO
    • Align funding to risk reduction, mission priorities, and compliance requirements.
    • Support proposal development and contract execution as applicable.

Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
  • Currently assigned to the TCS program.
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
    • Experience can be substituted.
  • 6+ years of cybersecurity experience, with 2-5+ years in senior leadership/program management roles.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams in classified environments.
  • Experience briefing senior government leadership and executives.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within an Intelligence Community agency or major DoD command.
  • Master's Degree.
  • Familiarity with leading analysts and engineers.
  • Experience with budget and schedule management.

Certifications (Preferred)

  • CISSP
  • CISM or CISA
  • PMP or PgMP

Work Environment

  • 100% on-site.
  • Limited telework due to mission requirements.
  • Will require after‑hours support:
    • For incidents or mission‑critical activities.
    • GPS' taskings as required.
  • Occasional travel to government sites or program reviews.
