What You'll Do
- Provide complete executive leadership to facility - daily operations, profitability, morale, recruiting etc.
- Address all staffing needs - hiring, training, retention, licensure, scheduling, payroll etc. - to maintain smooth HR function
- Drive admissions and retention through impeccable census management
- Oversee admissions, discharge planning, and patient experience initiatives
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, accreditation standards, and federal guidelines
- Build and retain a high-performing multidisciplinary leadership team
- Partner with corporate leadership to execute strategic initiatives
- Foster a culture aligned with recovery principles, accountability, and excellence
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Healthcare Administration, Business or related field preferred)
- 3-5+ years of leadership experience in addiction treatment, behavioral health or healthcare operations
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with detox and residential treatment strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale teams
- Leads with integrity and models ethical, recovery-centered leadership
