Establish consistent approaches to asset prioritization, define stage‑appropriate deliverables (including commercial and financial outputs) and support value pool mapping and portfolio visibility efforts. Ensure that pipeline discussions are supported by clear analytical structures and consistent documentation.

Oversee management of the broader P&PI body of work, including initiative tracking, prioritization processes and execution monitoring. Ensure transparency into commitments and progress, elevate emerging risks or bottlenecks and support informed decision‑making regarding sequencing and focus.

When appropriate and based on experience and portfolio needs, flex to support the development of pipeline and asset strategies. This may include co‑developing strategy frameworks, structuring portfolio trade‑off discussions, synthesizing competitive and portfolio insights and preparing executive‑ready materials for leadership decision‑making.
