Job Requirements for the Executive Property Manager Position These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position.
You must have a Minnesota Real Estate License
You must have prior experience in a customer-facing role.
You must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
You must be able to sell!
Benefits & Pay Starting compensation for the Property Manager position is $24,000 base annual salary PLUS 25% commission on leasing and management services. Real Estate Sales will be paid under a separate split agreement. This position is a W-2 position including:
