Title: Director, Commercial & Business Development Location: Dallas, TX, US, 75219

Basic Function HF Sinclair is seeking a Director, Commercial & Business Development in Dallas, TX who will be responsible to Oversees the Midstream commercial activities relating to the management of existing business and customers as well as the development and expansion of new business.

Job Duties

Responsible for all customer relationships and contacts

Responsible for agreements with customers on all pipelines and terminals

Liaisons with operations for shipping and customer issues

Oversees affiliate and customer contract renewals

Identifies, evaluates and proposes new ventures, commercial structures, business opportunities and customer relationships

Interacts with executive management as required, including business proposal presentations

Advises on FERC compliance and reporting

Manages pipeline scheduling and Midstream business segment performance reporting

Directs revenue assumptions for development of the annual budget

Directs economic analysis of a wide variety of business opportunities, including sustaining and value creating capital projects

Develops materials for the Investment Review Committee (IRC) and Capital Committee (CC) Special assignments or tasks assigned to the employee by their superior, as determined from time to time in their sole and complete discretion.

Experience A minimum of 10 years of energy industry experience is required.

Preferred Experience

Three or more years of experience in energy commercial activities related to crude oil or petroleum products preferred.

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, accounting and marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience is required. MBA or similar Masters degree is preferred.

Required Skills Must be able to lead and direct the work of other senior management associates. Ability to effectively communicate with others, both verbal and written communication. Excellent customer service, interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and organizational skills; basic knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications; ability to analyze product performance and impact on sales. Advanced reading and writing skills, with the ability to perform complex mathematical calculations.

Will be responsible for the management of direct reports.

Work Conditions Office based with travel up to 40% by land and air required. Subject to all weather and varying road conditions.
