This position serves as a strategic advisor to client executives, providing expert guidance on workplace initiatives that span regions and functions while leveraging data-driven insights to optimize space utilization, employee experience, and operational efficiency. The role requires exceptional consulting expertise to partner directly with senior leaders in designing future-ready workplace solutions that support evolving business needs and workforce models. The Director collaborates with multi-disciplinary teams while supporting change management strategies during organizational transitions. This position demands strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate workplace vision into actionable plans that deliver exceptional outcomes for the organization.**Key Responsibilities**• **Strategic Workplace Program Support**: Supports strategic, enterprise-wide workplace strategy initiatives across regions and disciplines to drive exceptional business value; assists in forecasting evolving workplace priorities and provides strategic planning support to ensure organizational alignment and performance; monitors workplace strategy implementation progress and proactively identifies risks and opportunities for strategic business value.• **Workplace Analytics & Performance Management**: Identifies, gathers, and evaluates workplace data and key performance indicators to understand strategy effectiveness and identify gaps; raises visibility on critical workplace issues to ensure effective resolution; conducts external research to implement market-leading workplace practices and methodologies.• **Team Collaboration & Partnership**: Partners with workplace strategy professionals to create developmental opportunities; builds collaborative, cross-functional relationships with real estate, HR, IT, and business leaders; collaborates with teams to drive performance improvement and strategic initiatives; supports all planning efforts and workplace strategy best practices across teams.• **Workplace Strategy Translation & Execution**: Collaborates with workplace strategy teams to translate business plans into tactical workplace action items; supports completion of workplace assessments, space planning, and strategy implementation; ensures workplace policies and procedures align with business requirements and departmental strategies; partners with teams to remove obstacles that impact workplace performance and operational objectives.• **Large-Scale Workplace Program Support**: Supports delivery of complex workplace transformation programs with multiple workstreams spanning departments, functions, and regions; assists in developing workplace strategy program plans including scope, schedules, dependencies, and resource forecasting; supports program financials to ensure workplace initiatives remain within budget allocations while delivering maximum long-term organizational value.• **Workplace Change Management Support**: Supports workplace strategy activities related to organizational change management including development and execution of space transition plans, employee adoption strategies, and workplace training programs; assists in establishing proper resource allocation and schedules for workplace transformation initiatives; collaborates with teams to communicate clear workplace strategy goals and objectives.• **Workplace Risk & Issue Management**: Proactively monitors, identifies, and mitigates workplace strategy risks and issues across interdependent programs; develops workplace-specific mitigation plans and strategies; resolves or escalates workplace challenges as appropriate to maintain program momentum and stakeholder confidence.• **Stakeholder Engagement & Workplace Strategy Communication**: Partners with diverse workplace stakeholders including senior leadership, facility management, HR, and business unit leaders; communicates workplace strategy recommendations and delivers formal presentations to executive audiences; engages with stakeholders to identify long-term workplace value and define success metrics.• **Vendor Management & Workplace Partnerships**: Collaborates with teams to support workplace vendor performance including space planning consultants, furniture suppliers, and technology providers; provides guidance for workplace service improvements and strategy revisions; partners with Procurement and Legal to develop workplace service agreements; supports workplace vendor relationships and contract negotiations.**Basic Qualifications:**•

Minimum ten (10) years experience working with senior leadership to deliver cross-regional or multi-disciplinary strategic program management.•

Minimum eight (8) years experience in a leadership role with direct reports.•

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and minimum ten (10) years experience in consulting, workplace strategy, project management or a directly related field, including minimum five (5) years program management experience OR Minimum twelve (12) years experience in a directly related field, including minimum five (5) years program management experience.**Additional Qualifications:**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs): Change Management; Negotiation; Applied Data Analysis; Financial Acumen; Business Relationship Management; Conflict Resolution; Managing Diverse Relationships; Project Management; Project Management Tools; Risk Assessment; Quality Assurance Process; Service Focus; Strategic Program ManagementThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
