Client Relationship Associate
We are currently seeking a talented, enthusiastic individual to join Boulay Wealth as a Client Relationship Associate. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to join a synergistic team that values its employees and client relationships. The Client Relationship Associate (CRA) is a critical part of the Boulay Wealth team, responsible for delivering extraordinary client service and care. This individual will be responsible for working closely with Wealth Advisors and Client Service Associates (CSAs) to build and maintain client relationships through on-going proactive client communications. Serving as the liaison for communication and required service activities between the client and our Wealth Team, as well as acting as a Chief-of-Staff for lead advisors. This is a hybrid role based out of our Eden Prairie Headquarters, with some flexibility to work from home. We want to help you build a career fit to your life. Responsibilities: Communicate and collaborate with clients and team members to provide excellent customer service to current and prospective clients Conduct courtesy calls to anticipate client needs. Collaborate with team members on account questions, service requests, and client inquiries. Prepare for client meetings by conducting an administrative review of accounts, ensuring all client data is updated and relevant, and preparing necessary materials, agendas, and reports. Schedule appointments and coordinate arrangements for meetings. Ensure timely progress of new client onboarding. Maintain data integrity for client accounts in Tamarac. Use CRM system for daily tasks, tracking, and documenting client information and updates. Complete other duties, tasks, or special projects as assigned
