What You Bring: Active NMLS license

2+ years of mortgage origination experience . Proven ability to structure and close loans efficiently. A hunger to grow and a mindset to winwe coach, mentor, and elevate top performers. Compensation & Perks: Commission-based earnings
Your success = your paycheck. Prevailing minimum wage base pay Commission tiered based upon monthly volume: starting at 25 bps, up to 65 bps Top-tier benefits
