Loan Administration Team Lead Asset-Based Lending

Finance and banking professionals with 3+ years of Asset-Based Lending (ABL) experience and prior team leadership background. Lead loan booking, syndication management, settlements, reconciliations, and operational oversight across a complex lending portfolio. Full-Time. Location details shared during interview process. Play a critical leadership role overseeing loan administration accuracy, portfolio integrity, and coordination across accounting, treasury, borrowers, and banking partners. $120,000 $225,000 base + discretionary performance-based bonus. Role Overview

The Loan Administration Team Lead is responsible for booking, maintaining, and monitoring all loan entries within a proprietary loan monitoring platform. This position oversees operational accuracy across the portfolio, manages syndication and participation activity, ensures timely settlements, and partners closely with Accounting, Treasury, Credit, and Collateral teams. Key Responsibilities

Loan Setup & Maintenance

Set up new loans based on Handling Guides and review loan documentation Maintain interest tables and ensure accurate month-end borrower statements Monitor SOFR contract expirations, continuations, and conversions Syndication & Participation Management

Set up and maintain syndications in proprietary loan monitoring system Post settlement entries, interest/fee adjustments, and loan reallocations Calculate interest and fees manually as required Prepare and distribute syndication notices Monitor settlements and coordinate with Treasury Respond to borrower and bank group inquiries Operational & Administrative Oversight

Process letters of credit Maintain exception reporting and coordinate collateral documentation updates Interface with Accounting on loan payoffs, vendor payments, GL reconciliations, and account setup Reconcile deposits and transaction-related fees Maintain communication with internal teams and senior management Support Operations Manager and team initiatives Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration OR 3+ years of accounting/operations experience in a bank or finance company Minimum 3 years of Asset-Based Lending (ABL) experience Prior team management experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong analytical and mathematical aptitude Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and professional discretion Compensation

Base Salary: $120,000 $225,000 Eligible for discretionary performance-based bonus Placement within range based on experience and qualifications
