Expertise in review and interpretation of deal structures and legal documentation along with working through “gray areas” presented is required. Additionally Commercial Loan Closer Sr.’s work closely with Underwriters and Relationship Managers to resolve any outstanding issues and facilitate a smooth and timely closing.**Duties and Responsibilities:**As a Senior Commercial Loan Closer, your role involves overseeing and managing the entire commercial loan closing process. Responsibilities include:* Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to deal teams, ensuring cohesion and effective collaboration.
