R88777**Role Summary**The Asset Management Analyst is responsible for supporting the day-to-day oversight and tracking of owned and rental medical device capital assets. This role ensures accurate SAP tracking, financial integrity, and operational visibility throughout the asset lifecycle — including deployment, preventive maintenance, return, refurbishment, and disposition.Working closely with Global Asset Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial teams, and third-party service providers, this position helps ensure capital equipment is compliant, traceable, and available to support customer demand.**Primary Focus*** Day-to-day lifecycle oversight* Asset traceability & utilization* Rental asset pipeline continuity* Reconciliation & write-off coordination* Reporting & performance monitoring**Scope of Responsibility*** Executes established lifecycle processes* Reviews and validates SAP asset transactions* Manages lost/noncompliant device investigations* Coordinates preventive maintenance and refurbishment flows* Produces KPI reporting for leadership**Bachelor’s degree in:*** Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering**Required Experience*** 7+ years in MedTech asset management, capital equipment operations, or healthcare finance* Strong cross-functional coordination skills* Strong SAP experience required* Advanced Excel requiredSalaried/hourly roles: The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $90,000 - $125,000 USD annually (or hourly) The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role at Smith + Nephew. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
