What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Interface with the Sales Engineers Manager and other team members to expand sales of marine construction products and services
Evaluate dealer competency levels and provide training on the existing product portfolio
Assist with presale configuration implementation and resolve questions or issues from dealers and team members
Perform field job site installations, training, and demonstrations to ensure dealer autonomy
Document customer communications and assist in developing technical communications and training materials
What is Required (Qualifications):
Proven experience in marine construction, surveying/hydrography, and/or machine control
Strong technical capability and hands‑on experience with marine construction products
Fundamental selling skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities
Flexibility and availability to travel extensively, up to 50% of the time
Bachelor's Degree in Marine, Hydrography, Survey, or Civil Engineering is preferred, or equivalent experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with dredging, land reclamation, hydrography, or other marine construction activities
Experience with 3D modeling; knowledge of Sketchup is a plus
Ability to handle sensitive situations and work under pressure while maintaining motivation
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional EMEA languages is a plus
