Compensation Package
Salary Range : $75,000 - $85,000 annually (commensurate with experience and book size)
401(k) : 4% company match

Work Environment : Fully in-office position at Tempe, AZ location
Responsibilities
Manage a generalist book of business, including small to mid-sized accounts with premiums of $50,000 or more.
Collaborate with producers to provide full-service account management, including quoting new and renewal business.
Handle all aspects of the client lifecycle, including cross‑selling and maintaining strong client relationships.
Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts efficiently and accurately.
Ensure timely and effective communication with clients and internal teams.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Certifications : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; additional designations are a plus but not mandatory.
Experience : Minimum of 2 years of account management experience in commercial lines; 3‑5 years preferred.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in EPIC software is highly desirable.
Soft Skills :

Ability to work independently
Strong organizational and communication skills
