Exempt Job Summary
Coordinates employee relations programs to ensure compliance with policies and practices. Develops and implements policies and procedures, including grievance procedures and exit interviews. Researches and responds to employee questions, concerns, and grievances. Maintains employee relations records. Pay Range
$68,000 – $133,000 (Individuals typically begin between the minimum and middle of the pay range). Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, and two years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Duties and Responsibilities
Handles employee relations related inquiries and conducts thorough and timely investigations into employee concerns on HR matters. Supports investigative processes from beginning to end including complainant intakes, interviews with subjects and witnesses, and reviews of relevant documentation. Gathers and presents complaint information to support written investigative reports, performing the initial analysis of all complaints to identify trends and issues. Manages and updates caseload regularly through the appropriate employee relations database management system. Supports the maintenance of employee relations policies to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Assists with the facilitation of training to build employee relations skills within the HR team.
