Automotive Sales Manager / Finance Manager

to join one of our high-performing Chattanooga-area dealerships. This is a leadership opportunity for a driven professional who excels at closing deals, developing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

sales leadership and finance operations , helping drive dealership profitability while ensuring a smooth and transparent buying experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and support the sales team to achieve performance goals

Structure and finalize vehicle deals to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction

Present and sell finance and insurance products in compliance with regulations

Work directly with customers to secure financing and explain protection options

Ensure deals are structured accurately and submitted properly

Monitor sales metrics, gross profit, and department performance

Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions

Ensure compliance with dealership policies and federal/state regulations

Help create a positive, professional showroom environment

What We’re Looking For:

Automotive Sales Manager or F&I Manager experience required

Proven track record of strong closing performance and leadership ability

Knowledge of dealership sales processes and finance operations

Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills

Ability to motivate and develop team members

Professional appearance and strong work ethic

Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
