Landmark Realty specializes in acquiring and managing traditional multifamily housing & furnished corporate apartments. We are looking for an experienced Leasing Manager to join our team overseeing leasing operations for our Northern California region. This role ensures leasing compliance, lead management, and consistent execution of leasing standards while supporting on-site teams and ownership objectives.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2+ years property management experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail and good organizational skills

Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

Motivated self-starter with the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment

Proficiency with computers including PM software such as Yardi, RentCafe, etc, Microsoft Office and Outlook

Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to travel between properties as needed

Responsibilities

Review and approve all leasing activity for assigned regions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency prior to final executive sign-off

Manage and monitor leasing leads across assigned properties to ensure timely follow-up, conversion, and documentation

Provide guidance and oversight to on-site leasing teams to ensure adherence to approved pricing, concessions, and marketing strategies

Assist with training, coaching, and performance oversight of leasing staff within assigned regions

Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure units are market-ready and leasing standards are met

Complete required reports and documentation related to leasing performance
