Compensation Package

Salary Range : $50,000 - $70,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of commercial insurance accounts, including quoting, certificates, and renewals.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Communicate effectively with underwriters and other stakeholders to ensure seamless account management.

Handle all servicing needs for clients, including policy changes, endorsements, and claims assistance.

Maintain accurate records and documentation using AMS360 software.

Qualifications/Requirements

Licensure : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.

Experience :

Minimum of 2-3 years of commercial insurance experience preferred.

Experience managing small business accounts (e.g., contractors, restaurants, hotels, lessor’s risk, surplus lines).

Skills :

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in AMS360 software is highly desirable.

Location : Candidates must reside within a 30-40 minute commute of the office.
