Description
Bubble Down Car Wash is growing across the Tampa Bay area, and we’re hiring an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across 10+ locations.
This is a fully
in-office role
based at our South Tampa headquarters.
We’re looking for someone with prior recruiting experience who understands structured screening, applicant tracking systems, and professional candidate communication — and can step in with a strong foundational knowledge of the role.
You won’t be micromanaged here. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership quickly, manages their pipeline independently, and improves processes without waiting to be told.
What You’ll Own
Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and onboarding coordination
Partner with Site Managers and District Leadership to understand hiring needs
Same-day applicant response (90%+ within 24 hours)
Conduct structured phone screens and candidate evaluation
Maintain active pipelines across current and future markets
Coordinate and execute job fairs and hiring events
Build relationships with schools and community referral sources
Evaluate and improve recruiting workflows within Paylocity
Track KPIs and present weekly recruiting updates
Ensure candidate communication and documentation are professional and compliant
What Success Looks Like
Time-to-fill targets consistently met
Clean, organized, and visible recruiting dashboard
Strong 60-day retention on hires
Bench strength across markets before openings exist
Clear weekly reporting with data and next steps
Requirements What We’re Looking For
At least 1 year of dedicated recruiting or staffing experience where recruiting was a primary job responsibility
Experience using an ATS (Paylocity or similar)
Comfortable managing multiple open roles at once
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable managing multiple open roles simultaneously
Organized, proactive, and able to work independently without heavy oversight
Comfortable presenting recruiting metrics to leadership
Compensation
$50,000–$57,000 base salary
Quarterly performance bonus tied to measurable recruiting outcomes
