In this role, you’ll connect with volunteer blood donors through personalized outreach and coordination of our @Home Personalized Drive Program, delivering a high-touch donor experience that truly makes a difference.

What You’ll Do As an @Home Recruitment Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring a strong and reliable blood supply by:
Conducting outbound calls and donor outreach to promote blood donation and @Home services
Scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling donor appointments based on eligibility and inventory needs
Educating donors on donation procedures, program benefits, and preparation requirements
Building and maintaining strong relationships with rare, specialized, and high-priority donors
Supporting donor retention through follow-up and future scheduling
Maintaining accurate documentation in CRM and donor database systems
Coordinating closely with recruitment, donor services, and mobile teams to support @Home and mobile readiness
Assisting with administrative tasks, reporting, meetings, and training as needed
What We’re Looking For Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience in donor recruitment, customer service, sales, hospitality, or community outreach
Experience coordinating scheduling, logistics, or field-based operations
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with donors
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
Additional Requirements:
Valid Florida driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on operational needs
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Comfort working in both office and mobile/field environments
Relevant military logistics or dispatch experience will be considered, including specialties such as 88N (Army), 3529 (USMC), and 2T1X1or 21R (Air Force), or comparable roles.
