Are you passionate about empowering girls and building strong, vibrant communities? Join our team as a Membership Recruitment Specialist and help expand access to Girl Scouts across San Diego County! As a Membership Recruitment Specialist, you'll be the face of Girl Scouts in community‑building relationships, sharing our mission, and driving growth in girl and adult membership. You'll connect with schools, community organizations, faith‑based groups, and local businesses to inspire new participants and volunteers to join the movement.
What You’ll Do
Develop and implement recruitment strategies that support council membership goals.
Build and maintain relationships with community partners to increase Girl Scout visibility and engagement.
Conduct presentations, attend community events, and network to generate leads.
Use our CRM system to track leads, follow up, and report on recruitment progress.
Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative outreach methods.
Promote Girl Scout programs and ensure inclusivity across all communities.
Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience in sales, community outreach, or membership recruitment.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build trust and connect with diverse individuals and organizations.
Flexible availability, including occasional evenings and weekends.
Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
Passion for the Girl Scout mission and commitment to serving a diverse community.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required.

The salary range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00 per hour DOE.
